Natural stress relief techniques are yet another way of saying having healthy habits. For too much stress in ones’ life can have the person losing sleep, eating less, feeling tired and lethargic every day.

What are some of the natural stress reliever techniques that can help you nourish your mind, body and soul, without the need to resort to drugs or methods that require the help of a second party, such as a psycho-therapist?

For the peace of mind, here are three simple but rather difficult attitudes one must strive to live by:

1. Accept - you can not control anybody but yourself, so don’t waste time trying to do so. Just put your entire being into what you are doing, and when you make mistakes resolve to do better next time. If you do this, you will worry less about your mistakes and look forward to enjoying your life.

2. You can not make people love you, just be yourself. That is definitely enough.

3.Strive always to be fair-minded, honest and grateful for the blessings you enjoy.

It is a given that when one’s mind is filled with fears, and anxieties the body suffers. At the very least, one loses one appetite for food and living. Cultivate these habits for a healthier body.

1. Meditate.

2. Take a walk before dinner.

3. Drink a glass of wine, as you listen to classical or ambient music.

4. Eat meals that are full of fruits, beans, grains, vegetables with just a little meat.

5. Drink lots of water.

6. Get your daily dose of eight hours or more of relaxed sleeping.

7.Avoid food with lots of sugars and caffeine.

8.Exercise.

Not only will you live long, you’ll live full of energy and inner joy.
