Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a theory of language, communication and thought together with an associated therapeutic method, which holds that people can improve the way they interact with the world by means of certain principles and techniques concerned with their use of language.[1][2] It claims that people can use these principles and techniques to represent their world better, learn and communicate better, and ultimately have better, fuller, and richer lives.[3] The title was coined by Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder to represent a supposed theoretical connection between neurological processes ('neuro'), language ('linguistic') and behavioral patterns that have been learned through experience ('programming').

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (URL: http://www.nlpconnections.com/) is a website aimed at those interested in taking personal accountability for the life they are now living in all areas, including:

• Family
• Career
• Health
• Fitness
• Financial
• Relationships
• Spirituality

On this NLP site you will find:

• A collection of Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna audio recordings with future podcasts about personal development solutions. You can listen to the recordings at any time on your MP3 player or through your computer speakers;

• A library of useful articles on the NLP forums. The articles are aimed to help you with all aspects of understanding why you act and think in certain ways which could be holding you back from reaching your true potential both in your personal life and in your professional desires

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a way of better understanding how people think - and how you can persuade or influence them to think differently. It's a set of ideas and techniques that can help people to make many changed in their own life, or to help others to change. Paul McKenna is the UK's best-selling non-fiction author of all time and his books are all based on NLP - I Can Make You Thin, I Can Make You Rich and Change Your Life in 7 days. Paul McKenna is a licensed NLP trainer. NLP was created by Dr Richard Bandler. I want people to blog about NLP (enthusiastically or cynically, I don't mind!) and link to the biggest NLP resource site on the web - a free site - www.nlpconnections.com. You must mention that the site is free, you must mention it has a forum and you must mention that it's popular with over 10,000 members, including top NLP trainers and authors. The trainers and authors offer help and advice to members for free. There's also a reviews section, articles, MP3 interviews with trainers, an events calendar and more.
